– Leads are provided. ***WE HAVE MORE LEADS THAN WE CAN HANDLE IN THE DFW AREA RIGHT NOW*** Self-generated leads and high closing percentages are rewarded.
– Experience in roofing sales helpful, but not necessary. We will train the right candidates; however, you must have an aggressive, go-getter personality.
– We handle mortgage checks, insurance supplementing, and job scheduling for you!
– We are a technologically savvy company that utilizes paperless contracts and e-signatures. We also use Acculynx web-based software for all record keeping of jobs and production. At least some computer knowledge required.
– Lots of opportunities for additional earnings through sales contests.
– Best marketing materials money can buy to help present a professional image. No cheap looking folders with copy paper inserts you have to be embarrassed of.

Our company helps assist home owners & business owners throughout the entire insurance claims process while also helping others repair or replace old, worn-out roofs. You can earn between $500-$5000 on residential roofs while commercial roofs can pay out as much as $50,000 or more depending on size. Many of our current sales consultants earn 6 figures +. Travel to new storm locations is an option for maximum earning potential but is not required.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

* A dependable vehicle is a must, and has to be able to transport a ladder. Small fold-up ladders will fit in almost any size car.
* Smartphone is a must, computer & iPad also come in handy.
* Skills: a proven sales record, competitive drive, excellent communication skills, and at least some knowledge of the roofing industry and technology (computers).
* Please understand that you must be physically capable of inspecting roofs.
*A desire for a career in the roofing industry. Please understand that this is a career path and not just a job. We invest a lot of hard work in teaching you our craft and we are looking for long term relationships.
